1. Personal, self-guided use
Potentia is for your own career and personal growth. It is a self-help tool, not an employer screening system, applicant-ranking tool, or decision engine about other people.
2. No discrimination or screening of others
You must not use Potentia to:
- screen, score, rank, filter or profile job applicants or employees;
- make or support hiring, firing, promotion or other employment decisions about other people;
- discriminate against any person on the basis of a protected characteristic; or
- evaluate or judge identifiable individuals other than yourself.
3. No professional or high-risk misuse
Do not present outputs as licensed therapy, medical, legal, financial, immigration or recruitment advice, and do not rely on them for decisions that require a qualified professional. Potentia does not provide those services.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
- Do not submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis and their knowledge.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or deceptive.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service or its security.
- Do not upload malware or infringe others’ intellectual property.
5. Wellbeing
Potentia is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please seek a licensed professional or your local emergency services, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. Minors
Users must be at least 13, and those aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian’s consent. Where the tool is used for teenage career exploration, a parent or guardian must be aware and involved.
7. Enforcement
