1. Subscriptions
Potentia is a recurring subscription. Paid plans (Focus and Momentum) renew automatically each billing period in USD until you cancel. Your plan allowance is granted for each period and does not roll over.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@conspote.shop. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. You keep any assets and Momentum Packs you have already downloaded.
3. Refunds
- Unused billing periods: because access continues to the end of the paid period, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the current period after cancellation.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any error.
- Statutory rights: where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a right to a refund or cancellation period, that right always applies and is not affected by this policy.
4. Free plan
The Spark plan is free and involves no charge, so no refund applies to it.
5. Not happy with an output
If a generated asset didn’t land the way you hoped, you can regenerate it or adjust your inputs and try again within your plan — that’s the fastest path to a result you’re happy with. If something isn’t working, contact support and we’ll help.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
