1. Your inputs stay yours
You keep all ownership of what you type into the Studio and any CV or job-description text you paste. We claim no ownership over your inputs.
2. Licence you grant us
You grant CONSCIOUS POTENTIAL LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs solely to operate the service — that is, to generate your plan, assets, roadmap reveal and Momentum Pack, and to let you revisit them during your session and support requests. This licence ends when the data is deleted.
3. What we do not do with your content
- We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.
- We do not perform facial recognition and do not edit photographs of real people.
- We do not sell your content or share it for advertising.
4. Retention of inputs and outputs
Coaching inputs and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days to support your session, then deleted or anonymised, unless you have saved them to your account or we must keep them for a legal reason. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your generated assets
You are free to use the plans, images, clips and Momentum Packs you generate for your own personal and professional purposes. They are provided as informational suggestions with no guarantee of any outcome.
6. Our materials
The Potentia name, software, templates, layouts and design system remain the property of CONSCIOUS POTENTIAL LIMITEDand are licensed to you only for use of the service.
7. Responsibility for inputs
You are responsible for having the right to submit any text you paste, and for not submitting other people’s personal data without a lawful basis. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
